William M. Callahan Real Estate, headquartered in Brockton, MA, has been in continuous operation since 1952, making it one of the area’s most experienced and enduring agencies. Bill Callahan is the third generation to own and personally manage the brokerage and, since 1986, has devoted his entire time to the business in service to his residential and commercial clients.

In addition to holding a Business Degree from Colby College, Bill is a graduate of both the National Association of Realtors Institute and the Massachusetts Board of Real Estate Appraisers. He has also served as President, and a Director, of the Greater Brockton Board of Realtors.

Bill is past Director of the Greater Brockton Multiple Listing Service and was honored by his peers with the prestigious "Realtor of the Year" award in 1992.

Bill is currently a Board member of Catholic Charities South. He is also very active as a volunteer in youth-oriented programs that include the Old Colony YMCA, where he served on the Management Committee (Central Division); the Strong Kids Campaign (a YMCA program); and is active in Bridgewater Youth Basketball.

His civic associations include the Brockton Rotary Club, Bridgewater Lions Club, Metro South Chamber of Commerce, and Olde Scotland Links Golf Commission, where he has served on the Building Committee overseeing construction of a state-of-the-art clubhouse. Bill is also a member of Thorny Lea Golf Club.

Bill, like those in his family who preceded him for over fifty (50) years, is dedicated to professional excellence, both in the conduct of his business and his commitment to his community.

Ron DiMarzio ( ron@CallahanRE.com)

Ron is affiliated with William M. Callahan Real Estate in Brockton, and has been devoted to serving residential clients since 1986.

A graduate of Stonehill College in 1965 with a degree in Economics, Ron has complemented his educational and professional experiences with courses at Babson Institute and Bentley College; American Management Association courses in Advertising/Marketing; Dale Carnegie Public Speaking and Sales Programs; and the Professional Selling Skills Program conducted by Xerox Learning Systems.

Ron’s professional career includes management, sales and marketing positions in major corporations for whom he developed sales/marketing programs for industry leaders such as American Express, The ConAgra Companies, Publix Supermarkets, Tupperware, and Mary Kay, to name just a few.

He also developed a uniform program for the U.S. Postal Service, and negotiated and coordinated contracts with states, municipalities and the General Services Administration, which were valued in the millions of dollars.

Ron’s civic associations have included membership and fund-raising activities for the Old Colony United Way; American Cancer Society; Brockton Hospital Building Fund and the Membership Committee for the Brockton Area Chamber of Commerce (now Metro South Chamber of Commerce).

Additionally, Ron does consulting for BAMSI (Brockton Area Multi-Services) and is an active Board Member of the Charity Guild, a non-profit organization that operates a large food pantry and thrift store in Brockton.

Ron’s broad-based sales/marketing expertise and former positions as a Marketing Director, Corporate Administrator, and Office Manager enable him to bring a unique and focused perspective to serving his clients professionally, competently and respectfully.

Jane Callahan has joined the Callahan Real Estate team. She assists with sales in the Bridgewater area servicing both residential and commercial customers. She also maintains our website. Jane has owned and operated a management consulting practice since 1994 specializing in Human Resources and Management Coaching. She brings her business acumen and interpersonal skills to the real estate business. She has a degree in psychology and an MBA.
